  • Accuracy is vital when it comes to creating parts and components. The etching process is highly accurate with tolerances of +-0.010mm, depending on the material used and how thick it is
  • The thickness of the metal used also determines how fast the etching process is
  • The chemical etching process is very cost effective because you can use one sheet to create a great number of parts, determined by size
  • That being said, if a thicker metal part is desired, the process takes a little longer, thus driving up the price
